Contact the Facilities Service Center for all service/work requests, trouble calls and maintenance emergencies for the Caltech campus.
There are three ways to request service:

You can place your service/work request online by submitting a request via our Service/Work Request Form. (Anytime; forms submitted outside of FSC business hours will be processed next business day).
When contacting the Service Center, please have the following information available when making a request:
- Department Name
- Contact person's full name
- Telephone number, and email address
- Brief description of work required
- Location of work to be accomplished
Installation, maintenance or repairs of department equipment and property will normally be charged to the requesting party. Examples of chargeable equipment include movable equipment, fume hoods, power conditioners, Neslabs, vacuum systems clean steam generators, sterilizers, processed chilled water systems, cold rooms, etc., carpet replacement, and air conditioning equipment specifically installed to serve a unique piece of laboratory equipment.
